These terms cover your use of this AdBuilder website and the early-access list. AdBuilder is an app for Mac and iPhone that is still in development and not yet available to download. By using this site or joining the list, you agree to what’s below. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
The site is early access
This is a marketing and sign-up website for a product that hasn’t shipped. Anything described here — features, screens, pricing, timing — reflects our current plans and may change or be dropped before launch. Interactive demos on this site are illustrations built with sample data; they don’t show live accounts or real results.
Joining the list is not a purchase
- Signing up costs nothing and buys nothing. It doesn’t create a contract, a pre-order, or a licence to any software.
- It’s not a guarantee that AdBuilder will launch, that you’ll be given access, or that any particular feature, price, or platform will be available.
- We may change or end the early-access programme, and add or remove people from the list, at our discretion.
Acceptable use
Please use the site normally and lawfully. Don’t attempt to break, overload, probe, or gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems, sign others up without their consent, or submit false information.
“As is”, no warranties
This website is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent the law allows. We don’t promise the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information on it is complete or final.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we won’t be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of — or inability to use — this website or the early-access list. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Trademarks and third parties
“Facebook”, “Instagram”, and “Meta” are trademarks of their respective owners and are used on this site purely descriptively, to explain which advertising platforms AdBuilder works with. AdBuilder is an independent product and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Meta Platforms, Inc. or any other named platform. Google Ads and TikTok are referenced as planned future integrations only.
Privacy
Our privacy policy explains what this website does with the email you share. In short: we store your email and a hashed consent record, use no trackers, and let you leave the list any time.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, and any disputes will be handled by the competent courts there, unless mandatory local consumer law says otherwise.
